To prepare all records and documents that will form the basis of payment systems, electronic contracts, or paper transactions required in the field of banking and electronic payments; to comply with information storage, reporting, and notification obligations stipulated by legislation and other authorities;

To provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials upon request and as required by legislation regarding matters related to public security and legal disputes;
In order to offer our members a wide range of opportunities or to share these opportunities with individuals or institutions within the legal framework,

Data will be processed in accordance with KVKK No. 6698 and relevant secondary regulations.

 

Information Regarding Third Parties or Organizations to Which Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

For the purposes specified above, the persons/organizations to whom your personal data shared with Galata Greenland Hotel may be transferred include our main shareholders, our shareholders, our direct or indirect domestic/international affiliates; Member companies using the Galata Greenland Hotel infrastructure, and persons and organizations related to the services provided, including but not limited to these; program partner organizations, domestic/international organizations, and other third parties and organizations from whom we receive services and collaborate in order to carry out our activities and/or as Data Processors.

How Your Personal Data Is Collected

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data collected through any of the methods listed above, whether for processing in Turkey or for processing and storage outside Turkey, may also be transferred to service intermediaries located abroad (in countries accredited by the Personal Data Board and with adequate personal data protection protection), provided that it remains within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law and in accordance with the contractual purposes.

Our business partners, suppliers, banks, financial institutions, the TBB Risk Center, and other real or legal entities with whom we collaborate and/or receive services for the provision and promotion of products and services.

Competent authorities who will locate you in the event of an emergency call.

If it becomes known that personal data has been obtained by others through unlawful means, the situation must be reported immediately, in writing, and in accordance with legal regulations, to the Personal Data Protection Board.

Keeping Personal Data Up-to-Date and Accurate

According to Article 4 of the KVKK, Galata Greenland Hotel is obligated to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, Galata Greenland Hotel is required to share accurate and up-to-date customer data or update it through its website/mobile application to fulfill its obligations arising from applicable legislation.

 

Personal Data Subject’s Rights Pursuant to KVKK No. 6698

Article 11 of KVKK No. 6698 entered into force on October 7, 2016. Pursuant to this article, the Personal Data Subject’s rights from that date onward are as follows:
